What is Theme Manager?
Definition
Make Veloxity CRM your own. Everything from the background color to the text color is fully customizable.
Theme Manager allows you to customize the app without needing to write code. All of the settings allow for click-and-select functionality.
Theme Manager allows you to change the look and feel of Veloxity by changing multiple aspects of the user interface including the color scheme and other graphical appearance details.
How can I use Theme Manager?
- Theme Veloxity to match your personal product branding or color scheme.
- Create multiple themes and assign each theme to a different user group.
- Use Quick Theme to quickly customize the entire Veloxity theme by selecting only a handful of settings (recommended).
- Allow individual users to create their own themes, or set enforced attribute types preventing individual users from altering specific thematic elements.
Where can I find Theme Manager?
Theme Manager is located in Veloxity App Setup.
From the Main Menu, click My Profile > App Setup > Theme Manager

How can I use Theme Manager?
How can I use Quick Theme?
Quick Theme provides a limited set of choices allowing you to quickly set up a theme with unified settings easily.
Visit Quick Theme for more information.
How can I Create a New System Theme?
If you prefer a higher degree of customization than Quick Theme allows, you may want to create a new system theme.
- Click Create System Theme.
- Create New Theme opens.
- Click a Theme Section to configure section-specific theme settings.
- Edit Theme Details. Select color scheme and other graphical appearance details.
- Do you want to prevent users from altering selected thematic elements? If yes, click Set Enforced Attribute Types.
- Click Save.

How can I Edit an Existing System Theme?
Select the Theme you want to Edit.
Click Duplicate.
Enter a new Theme Name for the Duplicate Theme.
Click Edit.
Edit Duplicate Theme Details.
Click Save.
How can I Assign a System Theme to a specific Group?
- Click Assign Themes to Groups.
- Click the row number of the Theme you want to assign to a specific group.
- Select the Group(s) you want to assign this Theme.
- Click Save and Close.
How can I set a Default System Theme?
Do you want to set a new system theme as the default theme?
Newly created System Themes and pre-configured System Themes are listed on Theme Manager.
- Click Make Default on the System Theme you want to make your Default System Theme.
- Click Save.
