|Accounts are the organizations with which your business has a relationship. Accounts are physical places, not people.|
|Activities are actions such as phone calls, emails, meetings, and general to-dos.|
|Charts are a data analysis tool used to visualize selected data allowing you to quickly find patterns, track goals, and answer questions.|
|Contacts are people. Your contacts are often related to accounts and opportunities.|
|Favorites allow users to save the location of favorite data in Veloxity CRM.|
|A Filter operates on the current list of files and removes files from the display. Filters narrow your choices allowing you to more quickly locate the information you need.|
|Forecasts predict sales growth and anticipate changing market trends based on the pipeline of opportunities.|
|Kanban View is a visual display of the sales pipeline. A Kanban displays work at various stages of the workflow. Move digital cards representing tasks, horizontally across the board fro left to right to reflect the status of that task. Kanban view uses cards to represent work items and columns to represent each stage of the process.|
|Lead Conversion is the stage in the sales process where a lead is qualified and converted into an opportunity.|
|Lead Management refers to the process of tracking and managing sales leads from the generation of leads to their conversion into sales and long-term relationships.
|Leads refer to every person and organization with which you have the potential to do business.|
|Linked Records are individual data records that show up as a link in the Linked Records Panel. Linked Records visually connects related data from a single record view without duplicating information.|
|My Profile is a record of individual users' preferences and personal details.|
|News Feed displays current international, national, and local news about your individual accounts, leads, and opportunities through an interactive tile view.|
|Notifications are located on the main menu alerting the user to subscribed data record updates and chats. The bell symbol represents notifications.|
|Opportunities are potential sales to new or existing customers.|
|Opportunity Contacts allow the record owner to define the role a contact plays within a specific sales process. Opportunity Contacts include titles such as budget approver, business influencer, business user, decision-maker, gatekeeper, project manager, and technical influencer. Access Opportunity Contacts from the Opportunity Record.|
Products are the goods or services sold.
|Product Bundles group products together to be sold with discounted package pricing.|
|Quick Search is a term-based method used for quickly searching records in the system.|
|Quote Maker allows you to quickly create a professional quote for a specific opportunity. Create and send the quote directly from Veloxity CRM.|
|Recent Places keeps a history of the Veloxity web pages you recently visited.|
|Record View visualizes a single record within a primary record type. For example, in the primary record type "Accounts", the data page for a single account would be a record view.|
|The Sales Pipeline is a systematic method of visualizing and navigating the stages within a sales process. The Sales Pipeline is often visualized through a Kanban View.|
|A Sales Quota is the sales goal set for a product line, company division or sales representative. It helps the managers to define and stimulate sales efforts. A sales quota is the minimum sales goal for a set time span. Sales Quota can be individual or group based e.g. for a business unit or a team.|
|Searches are powerful features that not only find important information across categories of data based on your search terms, searches (queries) also ask complex questions of your data and back charts allowing you to visualize and analyze your business processes. Search builds a list of files that match the supplied search criteria. Search is configured to allow any user to easily create advanced and hierarchical searches.|
|Table View visualizes data in a table format consisting of several items or records in rows and columns.|
|Tile View visualizes data in a tile format. Tiles are arranged in rows and often preview data information on the tile.|
|Timeline collects and displays information about activities related to your data. Use Timeline to review changes to a record.|
