Accounts |
Accounts represent the companies with which you have a relationship. These companies are often customers or prospective customers. Accounts could also include vendors, business partners, and non-business organizations such as government, healthcare, and education. Accounts are the places where your Contacts work. Record the businesses with which you have a relationship under Accounts. |
Activities |
Activities are the actions you perform throughout the sales process. Activities function as your daily todo list. |
App Setup |
App Setup is the configuration area for the Veloxity platform. Here, you can access the tools needed to customize the Veloxity platform to meet your specific business needs. |
Calendar |
Calendar integrates with Google Calendar allowing you to see all of your activities in one place. |
Charts |
A Chart is a visual representation of data. Veloxity has two main charting features: Chart Builder and Chart Viewer. |
Chart Builder |
Chart Builder allows you to easily manage saved charts, and/or create new charts from any data table. Chart Builder is represented by the pie chart in the upper right corner of the screen. |
Chart Viewer |
Chart Viewer allows you to easily view specific saved charts related to the data view. In Chart View, the chart type is preconfigured. You cannot change the chart type. The search backing the Chart View can be changed by clicking the Chart Title. |
Contact Roles |
Contact Roles allow you to define the role a contact plays in a specific opportunity. The role may be different than their job title. |
Contacts |
Contacts are people. Contacts are often involved in the purchasing of your product. Contacts are often related to Accounts and Opportunities. |
CRM Setup |
CRM Setup is the hub of CRM specific customizations. CRM Setup is a powerful interface allowing users to customize company information and automate Veloxity CRM's standard sales processes such as Lead Assignment, Sales Division Management, and Forecasting. |
Data Tables |
Data is organized into Data Tables. A Data Table is composed of Records (rows) and Fields (columns) that hold Data. Each Data Table holds Data about a different, but related, subject. |
Duplicate Forecast |
Sales Forecasts display your estimated sales income for a given time period based upon Sales Stage, Probability, and Opportunity Close Date. Duplicate Forecast allows you to quickly apply a previous Sales Forecast to a current or future time period. |
Email and Calendar Setup |
Email and Calendar Setup syncs your current email and calendar account with Veloxity CRM. |
Favorites |
Favorites allow you to save the location of your favorite data in Veloxity CRM. |
Filter |
A Filter operates on the current list of files and removes files from the display. Filters narrow your choices allowing you to more quickly locate the information you need. |
Forecasts |
Forecasts predict sales growth and anticipate changing market trends based on the pipeline of opportunities. |
Veloxity Hub |
The Hub is your Veloxity Home Page. Use the Hub to quickly access the information you need from one place. |
Inbox |
Veloxity Inbox integrates your Gmail account with Veloxity CRM's innovative Inbox features designed to save time and increase productivity. |
Kanban View |
Kanban View is a visual display of the sales pipeline. A Kanban displays work at various stages of the workflow. Move digital cards, representing tasks, horizontally across the board from left to right to reflect the status of that task. Kanban view uses cards to represent work items and columns to represent each stage of the process. |
Lead Conversion |
Lead Conversion is the stage in the sales process where a lead is qualified and converted into an opportunity. |
Lead Management |
Lead Management refers to the process of tracking and managing sales leads from the generation of leads to their conversion into sales and long-term relationships. |
Leads |
A Lead is an unqualified sales opportunity. Leads come in through many different sources: trade shows, web forms, conversations. The first step in the sales process is to figure out if a Lead is a legitimate sales opportunity. To do this, a Lead is nurtured through the Lead Qualification Process. Leads you wish to engage with become Opportunities. Leads that are not a good fit for your business are filtered out. The Lead Record is a temporary record. The length of time a Lead stays active in your system depends on your sales cycle. |
Linked Records |
Linked Records are individual data records that show up as a link in the Linked Records Panel. Linked Records visually connect related data from a single record view without duplicating information. |
My Profile |
My profile is a record of your preferences and personal details in Veloxity CRM. |
News Feed |
News Feed provides current international, national, and local news about your Accounts, Leads, and Opportunities through an interactive tile view. News Feed offers a rich source of continuous information organized from thousands of publishers and magazines. |
Notifications |
Notifications function as an internal chat system enabling easy collaboration within the Veloxity CRM system. |
Opportunities |
An Opportunity represents a potential sale to a qualified prospect that you are working to close. |
Opportunity Kanban |
The Opportunity Kanban allows you to visually track your Opportunities through each stage of the sales pipeline. Each of your Opportunities is represented by a tile that moves from left to right through each stage of your sales process. The Opportunity Kanban is made up of a series of different sales stages that form the sales pipeline. |
Product Bundles |
Product Bundles are custom-defined sets of Products often sold together or configured at a discount. |
Product Management |
Product Management enables you to manage your Products in real-time by defining Products and Product Bundles in Veloxity CRM. Maintaining a centralized resource featuring real-time availability and pricing of Products optimizes quoting and performance through streamlining data accuracy. Access current pricing, create discounted Product Bundles, produce professional quotes, and attach quotes to emails all within Veloxity CRM. |

Products represent the physical items or services sold. |
Query by Example (QBE) |
QBE offers a search form that models the structure of the documents for which you are searching. Enter the values you wish to search directly into the form. |
Quick Search |
Quick Search queries all data records for the data types selected for any fields containing the search terms. Quick Search enables searching for Data Records and Documents across the entire Veloxity CRM system. |
Quick Theme |
Quick Theme allows you to quickly change the look and feel of Veloxity CRM by changing the color scheme. Make Veloxity CRM your own. Everything from the background color to the text color is fully customizable. Quick Theme allows you to customize the app without needing to write code. All of the settings allow for click-and-select functionality. |
Quote Maker |
Quote Maker is a robust Quote management tool enabling you to create and send quotes directly from Veloxity CRM. |
Recent Places |
Recent Places keeps a chronological history of the last 15 Veloxity CRM web pages you visited. |
Record View |
The Record View organizes and visualizes an individual data record on one screen. |
Sales Divisions |
A Sales Division is the aspect of a business that is responsible for selling products or services. Sales Divisions represent a customer group or geographic area over which either an individual salesperson or a sales team has responsibility. |
Sales Pipeline |
The Sales Pipeline is a systematic method of visualizing and navigating the stages within a sales process. |
Sales Quota |
A Sales Quota is the sales goal set for a product line, company division or sales representative. Sales Quotas help sales managers define and stimulate sales efforts. A sales quota is the minimum sales goal for a set time span. Sales Quotas can be individual or group based. |
Search |
Use Search to quickly find relevant data. Search data is used to back charts, create reports, and locate information. Veloxity CRM offers several ways to search:

Table View |
Table View visualizes data in a table format consisting of several items or records in rows and columns. |
Templates |
Templates are preformatted documents. Templates serve as starting points allowing you to quickly and easily create new documents. |
Theme Manager (User) |
Make Veloxity CRM your own. Everything from the background color to the text color can be customized. Theme Manager allows you to change the look and feel of Veloxity by changing multiple aspects of the user interface including the color scheme and other graphical appearance details. |
Tile View |
Tile View visualizes data in a tile format. Tiles are arranged in rows and preview data information on the tile. |
Timeline |
Timeline functions as a concise visual history allowing you to review updates and activities related to your opportunities. |
User / Group Roles |
User/Group Roles grant record-level privileges to users in Veloxity CRM. These roles determine what information a user can view, and what actions the user can perform with the data. Record-level privileges include actions such as viewing, editing, and deleting data records. |
