What is My Profile?
My profile is a record of your preferences and personal details in Veloxity CRM.
How can I use My Profile?
My Profile allows you to customize your Veloxity CRM experience:
- Personalize the look of Veloxity CRM by changing your profile image, changing the theme (colors and fonts), and customizing the main menu.
- Navigate basic system features such as changing your user group (if you belong to more than one group), changing your password, and signing out.
- Configure your email and calendar account to use within Veloxity CRM..
- View your activities, changes made to your information, and job-related details.
- Access Application Manager (if you have administrative privileges).

My Profile is located to the right of the screen on the Main Menu.

How can I use My Profile?

A configurable profile record with default fields including user details, timeline, activities, and linked records.
|Switch to another user group in Veloxity CRM. If you belong to multiple user groups, this option can be used to change which group is in effect.|
|Change your password.|
|Change your profile image. Allows a custom image to be used as the User Profile Image in place of the system generated first letters of the user’s first and last name.|
|Customize the theme of Veloxity CRM for your own personal use and display. The Theme Manager allows users to customize the appearance of Veloxity by specifying the colors and formatting of toolbars, text, icons, and more. While this does not customized the system theme, themes can be imported and exported, allowing users to share themes. Themes can also be managed at the user group level in the Application Manager.|
Customize the components in the main menu:
Set up your email and calendar to integrate with Veloxity CRM.
|Veloxity automatically adjusts display mode to desktop, tablet, or mobile. You can manually select a display mode here.|
|Connect with the Veloxity Help and Learning Center. Turn on/off Help icons for in-app support in Veloxity CRM.|
|Click to view the billing summary and to renew subscription options. (Administrator-access only.)|
|Displays your current version of Veloxity CRM.|
|Access to Application Manager features available to users with administrative privileges. Application Manager enables an administrator to setup Veloxity CRM and configure the Veloxity platform. (Administrator-access only.)|
