On the Main Menu, click My Profile > Profile Settings > Configure Email
- On the Main Menu, click the My Profile symbol.
- Click Profile Settings.
- Click Configure Email.
Configure Email allows you to set up your email account within the Veloxity CRM app.
Step One: Navigate to Configure Email

Click My Profile
Click Profile Settings
Click Configure Email
Step Two: Configure User Email

If using a company email, your Veloxity CRM administrator will set this up. This screen will direct you to your company account.
If your company uses Gmail for professional email, click Setup Gmail.
Step Three: Sign in with Google
You are looking at a screenshot of selecting a Google account to sync with your Veloxity CRM email account:

Google displays your available email accounts.
- Click the account you would like to sync with Veloxity CRM.
Step Four: Allow Access

The process will allow you to send and receive emails from your Veloxity CRM account.
Step Five: Create an Email Signature

Professional email signatures often consist of your full name, title, affiliation, and professional phone number/ email / website.
- Create your email signature.
- Click Create Signature.
