What are Favorites?

Definition

Favorites allow you to save the location of your favorite data in Veloxity CRM.

How can I use Favorites?

Favorites allow you to save shortcuts to your data.

Favorite information that you return to often, or that you would like to access quickly.

Where can I find Favorites? 

Favorites are found on the Main Menu.

How can I Use Favorites?

What Kinds of Data can I Favorite? 

You can Favorite most data including the following:

  • Charts
  • Data Records
  • Main Menu Features
  • Quick Search 
  • Search

How can I Add and Remove Favorites? 

How can I Add a Favorite to the List of Favorites?

  1.  Click the star icon to automatically Favorite a particular chart, record, report, or search.

  2. The star changes from uncolored to colored when selected as a Favorite.

How can I Remove a Favorite from the List of Favorites?

  1.  Click the star icon to remove the link to Favorites.

  2. The star changes from colored to uncolored when deselected as a Favorite.

To Favorite Main Menu Features, navigate to Customize Main Menu from the Main Menu in Veloxity CRM:

My Profile > Profile Settings > Customize Main Menu

  1. Click My Profile.
  2. Click Profile Settings.
  3. Click Customize Main Menu.
