Step-by-step guide
Quickly merge duplicate data records using Merge Records.
Merge Records guides you through the process of selecting which information to keep and which information to delete during the merge.
Tip: While this guide leads you through the process of merging duplicate Leads, the process is the same for all data records.
Navigate to the Lead Data Table, and click the Overflow Menu.
Click Merge with Other Lead.
- Click the row number of the first data record you want to merge.

Click the row number of the second data record you want to merge.
Click OK.
Tip: You can only merge two records at a time.

Tip: Double-check your choices. The value with the green check mark is saved. The value with the red x is deleted.
