What Is the Opportunity Kanban?
The Opportunity Kanban allows you to visually track your Opportunities through each stage of the sales pipeline. Each of your Opportunities is represented by a tile that moves from left to right through each stage of your sales process. The Opportunity Kanban is made up of a series of different sales stages that form the sales pipeline.
How can I use the Opportunity Kanban?
The Opportunity Kanban visually organizes your work process by using tiles to represent your open Opportunities.
Where can I find the Opportunity Kanban?
The Opportunity Kanban view is located on the Home Page in Veloxity CRM. Click the Veloxity logo in the upper left corner at any time to return to the Home Page and access the Opportunity Kanban.

How can I use the Opportunity Kanban?
How can I use the Opportunity Tiles on the Kanban View?
Each Opportunity is displayed as a tile. Quickly visualize the Opportunity Name, Account, Contact, Forecasted Amount, and Anticipated Close Date.
- Notice the anticipated close date is highlighted in red when the date has past alerting you that this Opportunity needs attention.
- Hover over the tiles for more detailed information on the Account, Contact, Forecast, and Opportunity Record.
- Easily click these links to be redirected to the record view.
How can I select other Views on the Opportunity Kanban?
You can select from other views by clicking on the Opportunity Kanban Title and choosing a predefined search.

What are the default Sales Stages on the Opportunity Kanban?
Your Veloxity CRM administrator can configure the Sales Stages to match your sales process. Your Sales Stages may look different.
Veloxity CRM comes out of the box with the following sales stages configured:

Description of activities to be completed at each stage.
|(a) Stage One: Requirements Discovery||The lead has been generated. During this stage, the sales rep researches the lead to discover whether or not they are qualified to proceed to the next stage in the sales process. Notice New Preferred Supplier in this stage of the pipeline.|
|(b) Stage Two: Schedule / Prepare / Perform Demonstration||The lead has been qualified and has been converted into an opportunity. An opportunity record, contact record, and account record have been generated. The sales rep understands the prospect's needs and works to schedule, prepare and perform a demonstration of the product/service. Notice Factory design opportunity in this stage of the pipeline.|
|(c) Stage Three: Quote: Pricing Negotiation||The prospect has experienced the product/service. The sales rep sends a quote to the prospect. The prospect and sales rep negotiate the price. Notice the System Upgrade opportunity in this stage of the pipeline.|
|(d) Stage Four: Legal Agreement Negotiation||The price has been negotiated. The sales rep and the prospect work through the legal agreements of the sale. Notice the HR Solution opportunity in this stage of the pipeline.|
|(e) Stage Five: Closed||
The sales process ends. The opportunity has either been won or lost.

What are the Sales Stage Totals?
Quickly review the total forecasted amount at each Sales Stage. Sales Stage Totals are located below the Stage Name on the Opportunity Kanban.
How can I move Opportunities to the next Sales Stage on the Opportunity Kanban?
Drag and Drop Opportunities to move them to the next Sales Stage on the Opportunity Kanban.
You can move Opportunities forward and backward. The total amount forecasted at each stage updates.
