What is the Sales Pipeline?
Definition
The Sales Pipeline visually tracks your Opportunities as they move through the stages of your sales pipeline.
How can I use the Sales Pipeline?
Opportunities are represented by tiles that move through each stage of your sales pipeline.
- Drag and drop the tiles on the Sales Pipeline to quickly update the sales stage.
- View the Opportunity Name, Opportunity Size, Account, Contact, Forecasted Amount, and Anticipated Close Date displayed on each tile.
Where can I find the Sales Pipeline?
Click the Veloxity logo in the upper left corner of the screen to return to the Home Page.
The Home Page has a tabbed view. Select from the Hub View and the Sales Pipeline View.
Click Sales Pipeline to access the Sales Pipeline View.

How can I use the Opportunity Tiles on the Sales Pipeline View?
Use the Opportunity Tiles to quickly visualize the Opportunity Size, Name, Account, Contact, Forecasted Amount, and Anticipated Close Date.
- The anticipated close date is highlighted in red when the close date has past.
- Hover over the tiles for more detailed information on the Account, Contact, Forecast, and Opportunity Record.

What are the Sales Stages on the Sales Pipeline?
The Sales Stages are listed at the top of the Sales Pipeline.
Your Veloxity CRM administrator configures the Sales Stages to match your sales process.
What are the Sales Stage Totals?
Sales Stage Totals are the total forecasted amount of Opportunities at each Sales Stage.
Sales Stage Totals are located below the Stage Name on the Sales Pipeline.
How can I move Opportunities to the next Sales Stage on the Sales Pipeline?
- Drag and Drop Opportunities to move them to the next Sales Stage.
- You can move Opportunities forward and backward.
- As you move Opportunities, the forecast updates.
