In this view, the forecasts are hidden. If you have a large territory or direct reporting structure, this view allows more space to view your sales division hierarchy.
Click View Forecast to enable the Forecast View in Sales Divisions.

The numbers below correspond to the numbers in Figure 2. The Toolbar in the Forecast View offers the following tools.
|Function Name||How to Use|
|1. Duplicate Forecast||Click to duplicate the currently selected Forecast details and apply them to a current or future Forecast period.|
|2. Manage Global Sales Division||Click to select one of two options: a) Create a new sales division. b) Navigate to a different sales division.|
|3. Hide Forecast||Click to hide forecast information. This view allows more space to view your sales division hierarchy.|
|4. Show Relative Forecast Charts Show Aggregate Forecast Charts||Click to show relative forecast data in charts (data related to your individual quota).Click to show aggregate forecast data in charts (data related to both your individual quota and those that roll up to you).|
|5. Forecast Period||Click to select the period for the forecast view.|
|6. Charts||Click to manage saved charts or to create a new one from this data.|
