What are Products?

Definition

Products represent the physical items or services sold. 

How can I use Products?

  • Products track the Product ID, Product Name, Price per Unit, Unit Type, and Product Description. This information is available in real-time from anywhere. Always know about up-to-date Product and pricing information.
  • Add Products to Product Bundles. Product Bundles are custom-defined sets of Products often sold together or configured at a discount.
  • Quickly Add Products and Product Bundles to Quotes. See Quote Maker for more information.
  • Products must be configured before Product Bundles and Quote Maker can be used.

Where can I find Products? 

Products are found on the Main Menu.

How can I use Products?

  • Use Products to see current Product availability and pricing.
  • Group Products to form Product Bundles. See Product Bundles for more information. 
  • Add Products to quotes. See Quote Maker for more information. 
  • If you have administrative privileges, you can add, delete, and edit Products as described below.
