The following numbers correspond with the numbers in Figure 1.
Home: Click the Veloxity logo from any page to return to your Home Page.
Search: Access Saved Searches and use the Advanced Search and Query by Example search tools.
Quick Search: Quick term-based search.
Quick Search Criteria: Select the data types you wish to search.
- Email: Send and receive email within Veloxity CRM.
Notifications: Notification of record updates, internal chats.
Favorites: Access favorited data. Set various locations as favorites such as records, searches and charts. To add a favorite, click the star icon in the upper right corner above any viewed item. Click Favorites on the main menu to access all favorited items.
Recent Places: Chronological list of recent places visited in Veloxity. As you navigates the system, Veloxity remembers the pages visited and lists the pages here. Recent Places allows for easy returns to prior places with a single click.
My Profile: User-specific functions and customizations. Clicking on the User Profile Image opens the User Profile Menu, providing access to user information, customization options, version information, and the Application Manager.
Chart Title: Click the Chart Title to select the data you wish to view.
Opportunity Kanban: The Opportunity Kanban allows you to visually track the Opportunities you or your sales team are working on as the Opportunity moves through each stage of the sales pipeline.
Opportunity Closed: End of the sales process. Opportunity closes as either Won or Lost.
Filter: Term-based filter applied to the current data record.
Delete: Delete function.
Expand: Expand the current view for more screen real estate.
Charts: Build and save charts.
Overflow Menu: Click for additional menu features (Export Data to CSV, Subscribe to Updates, Unsubscribe from Updates).

The Opportunity Kanban allows you to visually track the Opportunities you or your sales team are working on as the Opportunity moves through each stage of the sales pipeline.

- Key Fields: Quickly reference import data in this record.
- Save/Cancel Changes: Click Save to save record changes. Click Cancel to cancel record changes.
- Tabs: Details, Activities, Quote Maker, Files
- Process View: Visualize the opportunity's current stage in the sales process.
- Linked Records: View and/or link related records.
- Tab Display: Displays the information from the Tab selected.
- Quick Activity: Add an activity to the current record.

Table View allows you to see rows of all the records in a specific data type.

To access Table View, select List All from the data type menu you wish to view (See Figure 5).
