Step-by-step guide
From the Main Menu, click My Profile > App Setup > CRM Setup > Sales Stages
- Click the box Disable Probability Editing on Opportunities. Users will be able to update Sales Stage Probabilities on Opportunity Records.
- If using the Automatic Generation of Sales Stage Probabilities, select the option to choose between accepting system computed percentage and manually entering probability.
Tip: Sales Stage Probability is the probability an Opportunity will close, and bring in the Forecasted Amount, at each Sales Stage. Use Sales Stage Probabilities to enable accurate forecasting.
