When setting up your Veloxity CRM system, configure Lead Statuses to match your business process.
- Click Add Lead Status to add a new Lead Status.
- Click inside the box marked New Status.
- Enter the Lead Status name.
- Click Save.
- Click Fix Lead Statuses.
