When setting up your Veloxity CRM system, configure Lead Statuses to match your business process. Add optional TODOs (steps to complete) to each of these progressive steps.
- Click the row number of the Lead Status where you want to delete a TODO.
- Click Remove Selected TODOs.
- Click inside the box marked New TODO.
- Enter the new TODO name.
- Click Save.
- Click Fix Lead Statuses.
