Email and Calendar Setup guides you through setting up a new user email and calendar account or reconfiguring your current email and calendar settings.
Where can I find Email and Calendar Setup?
Email and Calendar Setup is located on the Main Menu under My Profile.
From the Main Menu, click My Profile > Profile Settings > Configure Email and Calendar

How can I use Email and Calendar Setup?
Step One: Navigate to Configure Email
From the Main Menu, click My Profile > Profile Settings > Configure Email
- Click My Profile
- Click Profile Settings
- Click Configure Email
Step Two: Setup Gmail and Google Calendar

If using a company email, your Veloxity CRM administrator will set this up. This screen will direct you to your company account.
If your company uses Gmail for professional email, click Setup Gmail and Google Calendar.
Step Three: Sign in with Google
Google displays your available email accounts.
- Click the account you would like to sync with Veloxity CRM.

Step Four: Allow Access
The process allows Veloxity CRM to access your Google calendar and Gmail accounts. This access enables you to send and receive emails from your Veloxity CRM account.
Click Allow.

Step Five: Create an Email Signature
Professional email signatures often consist of your full name, title, affiliation, and professional phone number/email/website.
- Create your email signature.
- Click Create Signature.
