What is Trial Data?

Definition

Trial Data is built-in sample data populating the trial version of Veloxity CRM.

By having usable data preloaded in the system, Trial Data enables you to immediately begin testing your new system in the trial environment.

How can I use Clean Up Trial Data?

• Use Clean Up Trial Data when you are ready to remove all the trial data, along with records linked to the trial data, from your system. 
• Clean Up Trial Data cannot be undone. 
• Trial Data is typically removed when the user is ready to import their own data into the system.

Where can I find Clean Up Trial Data?

Clean Up Trial Data is found on CRM Setup.

From the Main Menu, click My Profile > App Setup > CRM Setup > Clean Up Trial Data

How can I use Clean Up Trial Data? 

Use Clean Up Trial Data when you are ready to do the following:

• Import your company's data into the system.
• Permanently remove trial data and any records linked to the trial data.

To Clean Up Trial Data,

1. Click inside the box to delete trial data from the system. 
2. Click Save.

Once you click Save, Clean Up Trial Data cannot be undone.
