What are Notifications?

Definition

Notifications enable easy collaboration within the Veloxity CRM system. Notifications function as an internal chat and announcement system.

How can I use Notifications? 

  • Notifications function as an internal messaging system for your company. Improve internal communication by using Notifications to send and receive brief messages with your team.

  • Quickly send announcements to individuals, groups, or the entire company using Notifications.

Where can I find Notifications?

Notifications are found on the Main Menu to the right of the screen.

By clickingthe notification icon, you have access to the following:

  • Send / receive messages through an internal chat system.
  • Turn off  / on Notifications.

How can I use Notifications? 

Notification Alerts

When you receive a new notification, the bell icon will "ring" by alternating between two states: a colored bell and a white bell.
