What is the Hub?
Definition
The Hub is the center of your sales workflow in Veloxity.
View and add Opportunities, update information, and create activities all from the Hub.

Where can I find the Hub?
1. Click Home on the Main Toolbar to return to the Hub from any screen.
2. The Home Page has a tabbed view:
Select from Veloxity Hub or Sales Pipeline.
Click Veloxity Hub to access the Hub View.
3. For organizations that work with Leads, the Hub is designed with two tabs:
Click Opportunities to view the Opportunity Hub.
Click Leads to view the Leads Hub.
Navigating the Hub
Easily navigate to the Hub by clicking the Veloxity logo in the upper left corner of the screen.

How can I use the Hub?
- Use the Hub to save time and stay up to date on all of your Opportunities.
- From the Hub, you can send emails, schedule meetings, log calls, update forecasts and close dates, add new opportunities, view accounts and contacts, update and visualize sales stages, and more.

Quickly Edit Actual Forecast Amount and Visualize Opportunity Size
- Click the Forecast Amount to edit.
- The coins show the relative size of your Opportunity measured against all of the Opportunities for which you are an owner in the Veloxity system.

Account Link, Contact Name/Title Scroller, Close Date
- Hover over the Account Name and Contact Name to see additional details. Click the links to be redirected to the record view.
- If more than one Contact is linked, use the scroll bar to see additional Contacts. (When there is only one linked Contact, the scroll bar is not visible.)
- Click the Close Date to edit.

Email, Call, Take Notes, Schedule meeting or TODO, Add Contact/Role, See Timeline
- Create and complete activities directly from the Hub.
- Click on an Activity icon to enable the activity features.
- View the Timeline to see the history of activities related to a specific opportunity.
- Add Contacts and manage Contact Roles.

Manage Sales Stages and Check Off Stage TODOs
Click on a Sales Stage to update the opportunity stage.
Check off milestones as you move through each stage.
View the Sales Stage Status Bar to view the Opportunity's progress in the Sales Pipeline.

Sort on Any Column
- Sort your Opportunities by any column. Click the column header to sort Opportunities by any column.
- Click the arrow in the arrow in the header to sort ascending or descending.

Most Recent Communication
Quickly reference your most recent communication regarding the selected opportunity.
Hover over each icon for more information.
Click an icon to be redirected to the record view for detailed information.

Latest Account News
- Read the latest news on your accounts.
- If there is no relevant news, the field will be blank. News that is less than one-week old is green.

Quickly Add New Opportunities
- To Add a New Opportunity, click the + icon.
- Adding a New Opportunity guides you through the process of setting up a new Opportunity with options to add or link Contacts and Accounts depending on your business transaction type.

Quickly Filter your Opportunities
Use the filter to narrow your options and quickly find information.

Sort by Close Date
Sort by Close Date.
Use the arrow to select from Ascending or Descending dates.

Infinite Scroller
Infinite scrolling loads content continuously as you scroll down the page, eliminating the need for pagination.
