What are Data Tables?
Definition
Data Tables securely store your system's data including your CRM records, user information, and activities.
How can I use Data Tables?
Veloxity enables easy Data Table customization so you can quickly visualize the information most important to your business.
- Quickly edit and update your data directly from the table view.
- Create customized searches and charts to view and analyze your data.
Where can I find Data Tables?
From the Main Menu > select the Data Type you want to view > List All

How can I use Data Tables?
Click the Overflow Menu to access table features.

Target Your Search
Use Target Your Search to further refine your search:
- Click Target Your Search
- Enter the Search Term to further refine this search
- A new table of results populates
For example, if you want to see all the opportunities in the negotiation stage this month enter the following terms into Target Your Search:

Show Linked Data
Use Show Linked Data to view additional related data:
- Click Show Linked Data
- Select Linked Data and select related data to display
- A new table of results populates
For example, if you want to see all the activities related to this data, click activities:

AutoFill
Use AutoFill to automatically fill a series of cells.
Create New Opportunity
Click Create New Opportunity to add a new data record to the data table.
Delete Records
To delete records from the data table,
Click the row number(s) of the data you want to delete
Click Delete Records
Move Records
Move the selected record by clicking one of the following options:
- Assign to a new Owner
- Assign to a new Account
- Assign to a new Sales Division
Manage Charts
Chart Builder allows you to easily manage saved charts, and create new charts from any data table.
Chart Builder is represented by the pie chart icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click Charts Chart Builder for more information. to access Chart Builder. Visit
Export Data to CSV
Quickly export data to a CSV file. CSV files are used for exchanging data between different applications.
Manage Table Layout
If you make changes to the Data Table layout, you can save these changes for future use. Click the Overflow Menu then select Manage Table Layout.

Assign to Sales Division
Assign to Sales Division enables you to assign selected records to a sales division.
Merge with Other Opportunity
You may find that you have duplicate records in your Veloxity CRM system. Perhaps two or more of the same Data Records have been entered into your system. Quickly merge these duplicate records using Merge Records.
Merge Records will guide you through a process of selecting which information you wish to keep and which information you wish to remove.

Sort Columns
Click the overflow menu on a column header to view sorting options.
Notice you can sort the column in a variety of ways:
- Sort in ascending or descending order
- Sort columns using the check interface by selecting which columns to show and which columns to hide.
- Group by This Field
- Filter
