What is the Calendar?

Definition

Calendar visualizes your activities in a calendar format. 

How can I use the Calendar?

Veloxity Calendar integrates with Google Calendar allowing you to see all of your activities in one place. 

Google Calendar activities are color coded so you can quickly tell if events originated outside of the CRM.

Tip: Before using the calendar integration, you first need to authorize Veloxity to sync with your Google calendar. See Email and Calendar Setup for more information. 

Use Calendar as your TODO list.

  • Switch between month, week, and day view to see your schedule.
  • Filter the calendar based on activity type to quickly see all activities of a certain type. 

Where can I find the Calendar?

Calendar View is located on the Main Menu. Click the Calendar icon  to open Calendar.

How can I use the Calendar?

  • Select from Month, Week, and Day View.
  • Filter to view activities by type.
  • Choose between an agenda view and a list view by clicking List View.
