What are Related Records?
Definition
Related Records are records related to the data record you are viewing.
Related Records visually connect related data in a single record view without duplicating information.
How can I use Related Records?
Use Related Records to quickly view records related to the record you are currently viewing.
Where can I find Related Records?
Related Records are located on data records.

How can I use Related Records?
How can I add a Related Record?
- Navigate to the Related Records panel and click +.
- Select the Related Records you want to add, or create a new record.
- Click OK.

How can I delete a Related Record?
Select the row number of the Related Record you want to delete.
Click Delete.
Deleting a Related Record does not delete the record from the system. Delete will remove the link to the related data record from the current record view.

How can I Assign to a Sales Division?
If the Related Records are Opportunities, you can assign them to sales divisions from this panel.
- Click the number of the Opportunity you want to assign to a Sales Division.
- Click Assign to Sales Division.
- Select a Sales Division from the list.
- Click OK.
