What is Veloxity's Zoom Integration?

Definition

Zoom is an easy, reliable cloud platform for web conferencing, video and audio conferencing, chat, and webinars. 

Veloxity's Zoom integration makes it easy to schedule Zoom Meetings, invite guests, and attend Zoom Meetings without ever leaving Veloxity CRM.

How can I use the Zoom Integration?

  • Schedule Zoom meetings, conferences, chats, and webinars
  • Invite and manage guests
  • Attend Zoom meetings, conferences, chats, and webinars

How can I Install the Zoom Integration?

Setting up the Zoom integration is a two-part process:

  1. A CRM administrator must install the Zoom integration.
  2. Individual users must authorize Veloxity to access their Zoom accounts.

Step One: A CRM administrator must first install the Zoom integration.

Installing the Zoom integration configures your Veloxity system to work with Zoom.

To install the Zoom integration, a CRM administrator must first install the Zoom integration:

  1. From the Main Menu, click My Profile
  2. Click App Setup
  3. Click CRM Setup
  4. Click Web Conferencing 
  5. Select Zoom from the pick list
  6. Click Save

Step Two: Each user must authorize Zoom Meetings through My Profile.

Authorizing Zoom Meetings allows your Zoom account to connect with the Veloxity Zoom integration.

You must have a registered Zoom account to connect.

To authorize Zoom Meetings, each user must first authorize their Zoom account:

  1. From the Main Menu, click My Profile  
  2. Click Profile Settings 
  3. Click Configure Web Conferencing 
  4. Click Configure Zoom
  5. You will be automatically redirected to Zoom.
  6. Log in to Zoom using your Zoom credentials.
  7. Allow Veloxity to access your Zoom Account.

How can I Schedule Zoom Meetings?

Once configured, click the meeting icon to schedule and send meeting invitations through Veloxity.

When scheduling Zoom meetings, a unique Zoom link will be generated and include the invitation sent to the guests. The location of the meeting will be set as the Zoom link.

The Zoom integration enables you to manage meetings through Veloxity CRM: 

  • Schedule meetings
  • Start meetings
  • View meetings
  • Reschedule meetings

How can I View and Join Scheduled Zoom Meetings?

View and join meetings by navigating to the scheduled activity on the Timeline or in Calendar.

Click the meeting link to be redirected to the meeting location.

How can I Uninstall the Zoom Integration?

To uninstall your Zoom integration, log in to your Zoom account and uninstall the Veloxity app.

  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Veloxity app.
  3. Click the Veloxity app.
  4. Click Uninstall.
