What is Data Designer?

Data Designer allows for the detailed customization of data types in Veloxity CRM.
In Veloxity, data inputs feed machine learning, charts, and statistics to make your job easier and more informed.
Useful data is the cornerstone of CRM. Designing your data is key to the accuracy of this process:
Configure the attributes of data types to match your business process.
Specify relationships between data types.
Customize the data fields associated with each data type.
Create predefined system searches and charts and make them available to selected user groups.
How can I use Data Designer?
Data Designer is the primary tool for customizing the data layer.
Veloxity CRM has a fully configurable data layer. No SQL coding or direct database access is required.
Data Designer gives you full access to your Data Types:
- Data Type Attributes
- Relationships
- Data Fields
- Layouts
- Group Access
- Preconfigured Searches and Charts
Where can I find Data Designer?
Data Designer is found in Veloxity App Setup.
On the Main Menu, click My Profile > App Setup > Data Designer

Configure data access privileges by Data Field. Specify group-level access or field-level access by role for this data type. |
